We pride ourselves in being an exceptional office where children come first. Our child-focused practice works hard to meet the needs of children from infancy through adolescence. All of our pediatricians and medical staff are highly trained professionals, and maintain the highest level of accreditation in pediatrics to address the special needs of infants, children, and teens.

Jesse Alifano, DO
Dr. Alifano attended San Jose State University for his undergraduate studies. He received his medical degree from Touro University. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at the University of California San Francisco-Fresno. Dr. Alifano's philosphy is that a medical practice encompasses a collaborative environment wherein patient and family care occurs in a safe environment. He encourages open discourse regarding treatment and anticipatory care. He believes that the cornerstone of his practice is maintaining the best interest of the patient. Family is very important to Dr. Alifano and that family is integral to maintaining health. In his spare time Dr. Alifano enjoys hiking, exercising, cooking, and eating.
Amy Evans, MD
Dr. Evans received a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Binghamton. She attended medical school at University of Rochester, NY. She then remained in NY and did an internship and residency in Pediatrics at Strong Memorial Hospital, affiliated with the University of Rochester. In addition, she completed a fellowship in Pathology while at Rochester. She was also awarded the Bradford Fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Disease. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is fellowship trained in Breastfeeding Medicine and is the medical director of both the Mother’s Resource Center and Center for Breastfeeding Medicine at Fresno Community Regional Medical Center. She is an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at University of San Francisco-Fresno. She is married to Dr. Tim Evans, who is a pulmonary and critical care medicine physician. They have two children. In her free time Dr. Evans enjoys gardening, cooking, knitting, hiking, camping, caring for her pets, traveling, skiing and church related activities.
Dianne Hubbard, MD
Dr. Hubbard received a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University. She attended medical school at Medical School of Wisconsin. She then did her residency training in Pediatrics at Phoenix Hospital Affiliated Pediatric Residency Program in Arizona. She also served as Chief Resident in her final year of training. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is married to Dr. Jeffrey Hubbard, a practicing internist. They have two adult children. She spends her free time enjoying her three dogs, doing crafts and visiting her children in the Pacific Northwest. She is an avid San Francisco Giants and 49ers fan.
Marty Martin, MD (Per Diem)
Dr. Martin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. He attended medical school at Loma Linda University. He then did an internship in Pediatrics at UCLA Harbor and also completed his Pediatrics residency there. He is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Martin is also actively involved with global health outreach, spending 3-4 weeks each year in Cambodia and the Dominican Republic providing healthcare to the local children. Dr. Martin is married with two grown sons. He enjoys gardening and photography.
Brad Sumrell, MD
Dr. Sumrell received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Reno. He attended medical school at University of the Caribbean. He then completed an internship at Veterans Administration Hospital He completed residency training in Pediatrics at Valley Medical Center, Fresno. Dr. Sumrell is board certified in Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is married with five children. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, travel and the occasional yard work.
| Wanda Savage, RN
Wanda graduated from California Sate University Fresno with a BSN and received her RN and public health nurse license. She has ten years of hospital experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in both the Bay and Valley areas. Wanda has been with Peachwood for over ten years. She has enjoyed working part time while she and her husband are raising 3 children.
Tamie Hensley, MA (Office Lead)
Tamie received her MA certification through Hoover High School in Fresno. She attended Fresno City College and obtained her EMT certification. Tamie has been with Peachwood Medical Group for almost twenty-five years. She has worked as the office lead for the last fifteen years. Tamie is a widow with two grown sons. She actively participates in a local church congregation and serves in a leadership position overseeing single members. In her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking, cruising, and spending time with family and friends.
